If I could change one thing about Bowdoin, I would offer class credit for laboratory time.

Gender roles have come a long way, but anachronistic perceptions about inequality of the sexes still exist, especially when it comes to sexual attraction within coed circles of super accomplished 18-22 year olds.
Along with your diploma comes a whole new dating scene.
The guys haven’t magically transformed into perfect gentlemen, but you’re not so different from your crazy college self either—for now at least.
Also, people here are incredibly friendly and willing to go out of their way to help you.
Bowdoin's size, with 1700 students, really enables this sense of community.
